Am ersten Tag packte sie alle Sachen in Kartons, Kisten und Koffer.
Am zweiten Tag hatte sie den Spediteur bestellt, der ihre Sachen abholte.
Am dritten Tag setzte sie sich zum letzten Mal bei Kerzenschein in ihrem
herrlichen Salon, legte gute Musik auf und feierte allein ein kleines Fest
mit einem Kilo Shrimps, einem Glas Kaviar und einer Flasche Champagner.
Als sie ihr Festessen beendet hatte, ging sie noch einmal durch alle Räume
und versteckte jeweils ein halbes Shrimps, das sie vorher in Kaviar getaucht hatte, in jede Öffnung der Gardinenstangen.
Dann säuberte sie noch die Küche und verließ das Haus.

friends no longer came to visit. Artisans refused to work in this house. The maid quit.

A month later, after they had cut in half even the sale price for the house
, they still could not find a buyer for their house.
The story was known throughout the city and the brokers refused to answer phone calls

Ultimately, they had a high credit record, in order to buy a new
stay.

Er erzählte ihr den Alptraum mit dem Hausverkauf, erwähnte aber tunlichst nicht den Grund. Sie hörte ihm geduldig zu und sagte dann zu ihm, dass sie das Haus sehr vermissen würde und sich
gerne mit ihm über die Scheidungskosten unterhalten und auf einiges
verzichten würde, wenn sie dafür das Haus bekommen könnte.
Da er glaubte, dass seine EX-Frau keine Ahnung von dem Gestank im Haus hat, willigte er für ein zehntel des Kaufpreises ein, aber nur, wenn sie noch am gleichen Tag die Verträge unterzeichnen würde.
Sie war einverstanden und innerhalb einer Stunde hatte sein Anwalt die
Verträge vorgelegt, welche beide unterschrieben.
A week later the man was standing with his girlfriend, holding hands in front of the house sold and they smiled when they watched as the carrier all their stuff packed up to bring them to their new home ..
