I have recipes, as the following really liked: "Cherries, Strawberries and tomatoes with goat cheese au gratin "," cod confit with cherry oil, "" Stuffed squid with crab in cherry sauce, but also desserts like "cherries in white and dark chocolate" and "cherry-Sacher-cake".

Recipe for "cherry oil," I wish to commend especially. It gives, similar to "cherry vinegar, some salads the last kick.
I almost forgot, in this English cherry cookbook one can even find a recipe for Black Forest Cake," which differs from domestic recipes differs in that is added to the cherry abundance cinnamon. The cinnamon gives the "Black Forest cherry" eine beinahe orientalische Note.
